This is a busy hotel! We stayed due to business meetings in the area. Check in was ok, a lot of people staying here. Huge black tie event going on, people everywhere. Security staff seemed to be on edge and very abrupt. It felt like you were being watched every time you entered the lobby area. The bar on the 23rd? Floor seems to be a local attraction. It was nice, but construction in the area will eventually inhibit the views from this bar. Rooms were clean & tidy. Breakfast buffet had a lot to offer & food was ok. Wouldn’t be my first choice if I was to return, as our booking was made by the company we were meeting with. I prefer a hotel that isn’t as hectic and busy.

Fabulous Paolo in the restaurant was amazing. Friendly attentive and knowledgeable. He made our evening so special. Simply the best. The room was beautiful and the sky bar amazing. Food was beautiful. We came for a mid week treat and shopping and the hotel was perfect. I will definitely come again but only if Paolo is here. What a guy !!

I had a lovely stay on business for an evening and found the breakfast buffet to be particularly night. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and I liked having a walk in shower plus a tub. If I am in Manchester again, I will stay here. Cheers.

Nice hotel, great view. Attentive pleasant staff at checkin. Clean room at usual Hilton standards. Room service is woeful.. silly app that you have to log in to that requires attention to detail and is working for them not the customer. Took 40 minutes just for a simple drink order…. That’s just not right Come on Hilton.. treat your guests as guests and not just as money making pawns in your empire.

This continues to be a top hotel that I always try and aim to stay at when working in the area. Firstly they are brilliant with Diamond members, they have always upgraded me and I’m immensely grateful for that. The excecutive lounge is just amazing with stunning top floor views. The nibbles and drinks are always a great way to start the evening, my only disappointment is that there are no spirits so cannot get a pre dinner G&T which is a shame. The staff here are always top quality and ready to help and are so polite. Rooms spacious, well decorated and clean. The structure is well built meaning there’s not much noise intrusion from adjoining rooms. Car park is adjacent and is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking spaces. You get a concession to use the car park from the hotel, something which other Hilton’s need to enquire about. Will always continue to stay here and am back again in a few weeks time.
